Useless, if you can't even . I am absolutely positive I am entering my name and correctly. I have checked countless times and even went so far as changing my . I tried uninstalling the app then reinstalling it and still no luck. Regardless of what I do, this app will not let me . I have no problem logging in on the actual NCWORKS website, though.

Works about once a week. Other than that one time it does not keep favorited jobs deleted, does not pull up anything when I search, and says my info is wrong and to go to the site when I know it's correct. Being unemployed, I rely on this site as one of my best job sources. The site on a mobile phone sucks!

Couldn't edit my comment so I'm adding additionals below: When logged in on my phone, and I hit the selection, the fields did not autopopulate with (at least) my EMail Address (EMA). -smh- Also, suggest you convert your credentials to utilize a Microsoft "hard " method. Allow at least 30-35 characters. -again- Allow any standard kybd chatacter as special char's. instead of the few allowed at present. -and again- Uninstalling momentarily...

It won't even let you .I have performed the retrieve name and the PW. It has let me change my PW but then gives me an alert stating I have already requested a PW change. How am I to get my unemployment if I can't do the job inquiries?!? I have sent emails and called and have gotten nowhere. The website has several bugs also.

The servers are always down, I can't even do a job search without logging in how useless and can one app be. They want us to use this stupid app but provide zero for it when it's not working and then threaten to take away unemployment if you don't use it to find a job. What kind of catch 22 nonsense is this?

this does not seem to work very well on the phone. May be better on a pc. i was able to log on one time and thats it. it wont let me log on anymore. its a waste of time if your looking for a job, especially in my case where its not operating properly.

Everytime I enter my info, which I'm sure I'm entering correctly, I'll click on the proceed button and the app will freeze and not work, hopefully an update will fix this problem!

404 file missing or changed upon attempting to . Cannot make a to actually apply for any position, guest s credits do not count nor does it allow you to apply. App is basically useless at this point.
