Many times when u try to in pay , constant error message. Very frustrating. Error message shows the error is on the app side. Go to different petrol station also same. Likely not a coverage issue. It's the app. So many steps to . Jams up the queue to pay. Sickening

I had to reinstall the app to a device as the previous one was damaged. However, when I tried to , after inputting the card details and email, I was prompted that the card had been ed. Thereafter, the only option was to or another card. The app was in a loop without allowing me to input the details of the original card.

The app hasn't been working at all lately. Everytime I open the app, it doesn't load. It just hung at the main blue screen with Esso logo. Still won't work even when u uninstall and reinstall. Very frustrating.

Had fueled up only to realize when using their app during payment that my was suspended without prior warning, after successful reactivation, was told at the pump that card was active but the usual pdvl discount cannot be applied despite already being reactivated. When it happened previously I shrugged it off, I now realize actually how dated and inefficient their systems and policies really are, to a point it's no longer feasible staying a loyal customer of years. Migrating to others.

If you're expecting additional discounts, make sure you check that the voucher page is working before you pump. My workaround for this lousy app is to open app. But that's not enough. Now i need to open the voucher page to check first before pumping 😅

Few times couldn't open the app to use vouchers. Station staff said I unlucky as very few customers only about 1 in 10 faced this problem. Wow! 10% failure rate app... #@%$&*!

I can't to the app lately. When it comes to the SMS verification, the app says, "We had a problem sending verification code. Please try again later".

I found a solution. Re-install will solve the problem. Below was the mayhem when updating the App previously. >>> After update, every click shows "something is wrong somewhere message n advised to try later". What's happening? points all missing!!! Has the App been tested? It's embarrassing to even the Esso station staff too, fyi. It's disappointing n most frustrating that it fails terribly when u needed it most! :(
