Scammers. I booked my trip using the app & I bought " AirHelp Plus Flight Delay Compensation" from them. On my way back to NY I missed my 2nd flight as my 1st one was delayed. I sent them photos of the airport screens, screenshots from their app, and other sources. All showing the same 3h delay (I had 2h for transfer). I spent countless hours on a chat & talking to them on the phone, and all they're keep saying is that they do NOT see the delay in their system & can't do anything

so far so good. app starts, didn't recognize my flight but the error was mine (mistook letter O for number zero 0). then app added my flight correctly and checked in without further hassle. be advised, after checking in there was a note informing the boarding es will be available 6 hours before departure. my flight is 31 days from now. will update if that part works properly. wish me luck, most reviews I've read are very very bad for My trip.

The WORST app I have ever used!! They made error via boiking the flight with the airline, unable to help or convert back to flight details as I purchesed. The team ignores all requests. Their only response is We need more time to work on your request. I am trying to cancel the flight (due to their mistake) for over a week with no help. Avarage time to wait to chat with an agent on app or phone is 90 min. There is a bug in the chat feature which makes it unbareable to answere or add files

I would advise against trusting them. The information and offers they provided were misleading. I paid for a Flex ticket and received a confirmation indicating the ticket was in the Flex category. However, when I ed the airline, I was informed it was actually a Light category ticket. When I reached out to them for a solution, I only received excuses. It’s better to purchase tickets directly from the airline.

There is a system conflict with wizz air. I booked a ticket and I could not check-in online. This costed me an extra 47 € to be paid at the airport for checking-in there. On the phone call they kept saying nonsense and tried to make me ask for a refund from wizzAir instead. They generate fake emails, which is probably the reason of the conflict. Even with using them, it does not work. Stay away! I will try to sue them.

The reschedule option feels like kind of a scam - you pay for it, and when you try to use it, they can only offer reschedule at overpriced tickets while buying same tickets for the same flight as new ticket costs %40. Don't use

Stay away from them. I booked a return flight and what was supposed to be a connected flight on Pegasus. I only discovered they booked me separate flight so they make more money. And when one of the flights was changed by the airline the second was not changed automatically and I had to change it and pay over 270$. There chat service is awful. The kept referring me from one to the other for over an hour just as not to confess their mistake. Never use this agency

I am giving one star just to be able to post this comment. If i could i would have given - 100 stars This is the most DISGUSTING app and company ever. My flight was preponed and they did not notify me and i had to buy another ticket as it was urgent for me to travel. When i ed them they lied to me that they sent me a mail concerning this and they told me that they would not refund me. Bloody liars and beggars. NEVER BOOK YOUR TICKET FROM THIS COMPANY. BLOODY THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
