Fraud alert... tried to reschedule my flight which is already delayed by 2 hours, they have no option for that. asked me to do fresh booking.. after lots of argument got rescheduling option .. have to pay 250 Rs extra compared to fresh booking. Other platforms had rescheduling option for that same flight. Total scamming platform.. Have all the call recording in case any one wants ..

Pure pathetic. I booked flight with one stop as transit and airlines canceled the flight. This useless app didn't provide information. when I starts check-in , I knew the same. I approached Ease my trip customer care. They said me to call with Airline and to request for change by myself as they require 48 hrs to call airline operator. Ease my trip takes commission from customer like us, didn't provide any service. Then what's meaning of booking through this useless app. Provide penalty for havc

This is very bad, customer is also clueless regarding it, app also doesn't work when I need to cancel my flight. 16000 rupees flight cancelation rufund is only 900 rupees. They don't have any policy for rescheduling also. I will never recommend this app to any other person. The service is exactly opposite to the brand name.

One of the worst customer care ever. I need to reschedule my flights due to emergencies they were charging as much money as I could book new 1 engers ticket in that charges. These charges I need to pay after paying zero cancelation insurance of Rs 3400/. They are looting customer like anything. I will suggest please avoid EMT

Third class app with third class rescheduling system the system on the app doesn't open and they ask for 2 times the amount of my total amount which is shameful and there rescheduling link doesn't work I was waiting for 35 mins on the same page to open.

worst service if you booked flight through this easemy trip that they show you first cancelation panalty less amount but the end they will show very huge amount you can't imagine. also if your flight has canceled through airline easymytrip deduct big amount so that it happened with me . i can't believe them anymore !!

I booked a bus ticket and later cancelled it, but even after 45 days and numerous discussions with several customer service representatives, I still haven't received my refund. Each time, I'm given a timeframe, but there's no follow-up afterward. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution.

Very bad experience on cancellation refund, first they refunded more then 9k then I fought for it is got 8k refund now I'm fighting for 1k and they are now not refunding. My view is if I never as for 9k refund I would never receive so be more aware before transactions with easemytrip.
