Does not show benefit rewards card info which is the main reason I ed as the website says this would be the easiest way to check card balance. Oan: Have benefit reward money and can't use that either. I have called twice trying to make sure I knew what rewards money could be used for, but card always gets declined.

This app is horrible ..I can't sign in and when I could sign in it doesn't show nor tell me anything about the rewards .doesn't show card balance ...it doesn't display anything ..why have it if it's no good ...it's horrible .and not only that everytime I go to the Dr or have to go to hospital and I just had major hernia surgery I'm always getting letters saying they aren't covering any off my medical needs .so tell me why do I need this Carolina complete health?? Can I change to a better medicad

I know my for a fact because I can go on Google and sign in on a regular website fine, but the app won't let me sign in. Absolutely terrible.

This app looks and performs like a 14 year old made it in computer class back in 1999. There isn't any information in the app at all. It's a waste of time.
