Didn't have any issues g up or in. Worked well for managing tickets. Map wasn't too useful though. The location was not correct and the graphics so generic it was hard to find landmarks to figure out the correct location. Waiting also seemed inaccurate (waiting 20 or so minutes on a ride that showed 3 min wait).

Worst app I've ever used constantly stops telling you where locations are it's truly awful and the gps locator is terrible when it does work it lags.likw crazy on full connection

Purchased the gold through the app.In payment process I leave the screen for 30 sec & come back to app & page is gone & I'm @ the home screen.I'm left confuse. I check my card, payment is made. App show gold hip. I want add a pre k . For that i have to go to website to . I have problem on the webpage. then they need 8 digit season #. Google search tell me I should have email confirmation. Nope, didn't get that.on webpage look up order with email. Zip nothing

Keeps canceling when I'm in navigation and it doesn't fit my phone screen well enough to see the rest of the details for certain rides and dining areas.

Terrible app update. Forced me to reset . Deleted my es. Forced me to re-enter all the information. Then after all that the app did not update and it keeps telling me I need to update it. Worthless.

This app has a lot of accessablity issues purposely imposed for no good reason. It doesn't allow you to see ride times unless you're IN the park. For those with disabilities who want to see if there are are long lines, it's an undue imposed hardship. This limitation creates no benefit for guests.

A complete waste of time. You sign up for season tickets and they say all these perks and then you don't get any. You try to call and no one ever answers the phone, he sent an email and they respond back several months later and say they can't do anything because some of the time is ed. Unbelievably ineffective customer service
