We went to the park last night & still had the old app on my phone which did not work nor would it update. Talked to a young man working in the park who suggested we use the app. We told him it did not work. He pulled his phone out & showed us the app. It was working. Therefore, we uninstalled the app & reinstalled from the Google Play Store. Logged in fine w/our old email addy & & boom, everything was there. Season es, add-ons. New app works great. Navigation is better than before!

I keep getting prompted to update the app to the newest version within the app. I'm told that it is recommended that I update my first. I did that, and then when I click the link to update the app, I get a 404 error page. Google Playstore says I have the most current app, but I know it isn't because I don't have some of the newer features like viewing perks or a digital wallet. This version won't show me ride time or operating hours... shows the park is closed. This app is useless.

Tells you to reset your and update the app, but the update page says not found. App does not have any features that work, such as wait times, and I am not able to place food orders through it. It also makes me go through 4 pages to get to my season . I really hope they correct the issues soon but it has been months and nothing.

Immediately uninstalled. I can put a note in my phone where I park my car. The app crashed 3 times in under 2 minutes. Plus, you're unable to create an without checking 2 boxes. One agreeing the emails l, the other texts. I can "always unsubscribe later" from emails. But no assurance was given for texts. Requiring my phone number to receive "automated promotional and service" texts with, of course, messaging and data rates applying, is just weird. At least to me.

When it works, it's pretty good! But the wait times constantly go blank even after restarting the app... The wait times are also very inaccurate. It says 27 minutes of a wait when you can literally go to it and walk right on.... Just wanted to share an idea. It would be great if the app could tell you how long you have until your next meal is available for those who have the meal plan.

They updated the app, now it won't let you sign in unless you reset your . Says it sent the email, 45 minutes later still waiting. Map functionality is poor at best, if you click on the park (not an icon) it will randomly select one for you when your just trying to get it off your screen. After a couple clicks your half way across the park. Very sad that it's this hard to go from a good map to sometime so horrible to use. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

This app was extremely impressive in October during scarowinds. Whatever update occurred has ruined the app. There is no longer an interactive map, which is the most useful part, in my opinion. No event schedule, ride wait times etc. Very disappointed in the "update".

New 2024 app is much more helpful than previous version. Would be helpful if we could sort of organize es in collections. For example, when you bring a few kids and you store all of their es for that day but don't need to see them everytime you want to go to to your own - there should be a way to hide them or move to end.
