It doesn't work more than half of the time while at the park. The app opens but the wait times search shows 0 results and also when clicking on 'Explore' to review the rides or even just look for the nearest washrooms, it just shows 0 results. It's super frustrating as half of the time you just 'fly blind', trying to figure out which ride to do next or which ones you haven't done yet. I wish I had printed a map of the park before coming as that would have been more helpful.

This app is terrible! It's not even functional in so mamy ways. It's almost August and none of the splashworks rides even show on the map. Even if you use the filter to show only splashworks rides nothing comes up! The search function doesn't even work. Please would someone from Wonderland the app and try using it to look for rides. You can't find anything. The functionality of using the meal plan and parking from the app seems improved from last year. Everything else is broken.

No Perks displaying even though I earned them and I verified with Wonderland . Then when I click expired perks, it says I redeemed perks from September and I never did.

Useless. Took 30 minutes to set up because the window to type your initial doesn't shift up when keyboard appears, among other issues... None of the info I tried to gather was available. Uninstalled.

works by closing the app multiple times. this app really doesn't like being used. do not, for any reason, press the back button -- it closes the app. if you open details on a ride, back button will choose the entire app

The new app sucks. Not like I am too used to the previous app. I just started coming to wonderland since last year. The previous one was much friendly, easier and faster to navigate. The new map is a failure. Come use the app yourself for a day at Wonderland before you launch the app.

Marginal at best. Not impressed. Ride times are not at all accurate (if they even show it at all). Should also mention rides that are at reduced capacity. Does not make it any easier to plan a trip.

When I initially got the app, it showed relatively the wait times (it was about 10 minutes off usually) and it showed everything on the map which helps. But since the 2024 summer season it doesn't work at all for the map, even in the park. It keeps telling me to update the app but it won't let me. And before you tell me to delete it and re-, many people who have done so lost complete access to their season so I rather not risk it.
