The experience on this app has diminished greatly to the point it cannot be used. The latest version and its predecessor frequently get stuck on the home screen. If you get in none of the options render and eventually it crashes. I've had to resort to using it through the browser. Like many others my tolerance is very low. I will have no problem with drawing and moving to another platform

Latest update has made everything even worse. Hard to find many wager types now and Daily Lineups a mess. Freezes constantly, need to re- in middle of wagering and start over. Can and should be so much better. Disappointing. Customer service, the app, etc. still give the impression that Bet365 thinks they're the only game in town but there is plenty of competition out there so their complacency should be replaced with responsive customer service and a knowledgeable and adept IT team.

Constantly freezes and requires you to restart the app. Today on Christmas of all days I can't sign in to the app as it begins to load and then never es the same spot on the bar 30% roughly. I see that I'm not the only one with the problem of it freezing. I'm sure with the money bet365 makes off people they could invest in half decent servers.

If I could do a negative star, I would! Cool idea behind daily spins and fantasy lineups, but the app is so awful it can't be used without reloading and g in again just for it to freeze. Not to mention the minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are horrid, the odds on games are way more than plausible, and the offers are hardly good, I wouldn't be surprised if they eventually started to add fees to withdrawal. I've had better experiences with DK and Fanduel than this garbage of an app.

Logging in is problematic. I've never been able to on theb1st try . Usually after I enter the app tries to go to next screen but instead just freezes. Other times I have to repeatedly enter for the app to finally load. Maybe this is their way to enhance responsible gaming? Have had this issue since I started using it. Have tried restarting app,phone etc.

Fix your damn app!! It's getting worse! Often have to reopen & re multiple times before you can access app. Since 6 updates ago, when in sport menus and back out of them to main page, main page is blank with no options whatsoever. Then you need to close/reopen app to get HOME screen back. Of course then you lose your bet ticket/picks, because Bet365 no longer saves open/ongoing tickets/parlays like before and you have to start again. 6 updates now STILL hasn't fix this issue Jan 17 2025.

Every time I launch, it goes into a weird unresponsive mode where I can't click any of the buttons. Lately I haven't even been able to , it just gives me a checkmark and then refuses to actually send me through to the app. Used to be my favorite sports book, but now this is nearly unuseable...

Horrible first impression. And I'm new to playing online. Can't place a bet because the app can't confirm my location five seconds after it just confirmed it upon opening the app the first time. But they can take your money no problem. But trying to play the money is impossible for me. Even after troubleshooting multiple times with tech . Still won't work. I'll be taking my money back pronto.
