I have used LA Taxis on a regular basis for quite a while now and can honestly say there service is professional, friendly and reliable. From your initial call to the actual arrival of the taxi to your destination. Taxis always clean to a good standard. Drivers, friendly and knowledge. Receptionists always polite, friendly and approachable.

Sadly deciding you needed a new app when the other one was fine means several people can no longer book with you. Can't add any locations even though it finds them and can't manually book because there's input errors meaning after a couple of letters it just replaces the last character entered. I was booking through app several times a week as having auto card payments was great but now use elsewhere

New app not huge fan of. Can we please have licence plates added back on to app so can locate driver better and not just have make and colour of car. This is also a really good safety feature so that I am able to message people on way and send info taxis etc

really good, once its setup which is fairly simple, i can see where the car is, how long its going to be the only thing i would say is, the fairs are usually underestimated,but not by a lot, really good app i always use this for taxis now, they have always come really quickly, never had to wait long for it to be dispatched good service

After the update the app stopped working. It just cycles when selecting addresses. I have been using the automated service but yesterday was told at a busy time that bookings were only being taken through the app, which meant I was unable to access the service.

Doesn't seem possible to pre-book since the update, as there's no button to confirm the amended date and time. Similarly with saving home and work locations. No bug report options within the app itself, hence the review.

Works a treat! Often used to book taxis to central station or the airport (early in the morning) for work travel. Always found the app easy to use and taxis arriving when expected. I particularly like the email-receipt feature too. Thanks!
