This app was very useful. I was picked up in a very short wait time, and it was no hassle. When I've caught uber before I haven't had great experiences, because they cancelled my uber a few times. 5 stars.

Can't get past first screen of app. None of it is interactive. Don't want to go to website 'cos it's not secure. Fingers crossed I get through on the phone!

Easy enough to use but since the upgrade the wait response for a taxi actually booked is ridiculous. This has been especially frustrating the last 6 months as it is getting worse.

The prices written on the app when booking for a ride are not true at all. You will pay more when you get to your destination. Not honest at all.
