very slow app always buffering , online bidding has become so confusing it gives you an alert that a vehicle in your watch list is coming but doesnt tell you the lane it is in just the run number that really doesnt make sense to me. live block was so much easier. adesa has had trouble with their app and website for years now I dont see why it's so complicated. manheim has an amazing convenient app and website.

Since the last update the app never opens right, its slower, and some features have been taken out of the top bar and now have to be accessed through a dropdown menu that's harder to operate and car information won't come up half the time and to many steps to get the values instead of on first screen like before when scanning sorry it was better 2 updates ago

amount we pay on auction fees and living in 2023. It's super amazing how dated and how often the app crashes etc. Overall it's okay but please stay on top of it and listen to the complaints and fix it. The location app is not working well. It's zoomed out like crazy and when you try and find a car and than you play with the zoom it gives an error message. Also add the feature that we can message auctioneer from our app in simulcast , same as desktop also add finger print .

Every time you think all the bugs are word out they do a update and ruin it again. As soon as I did my Kar global I'd I can't open up carfax's to view them and when I look up cars on the run list it goes blank then I have to delete the app and reinstall it for it to work for a bit then it does the same thing again. I have a newer android phone and so does a friend of mine who also has a adesa and he is having the same issues .

The app was crashing anytime you access settings to change the country ans Also, for the last few days, you could not access items in your search or watch list. BUT i sent a to Adesa team and they fixed the issue right away. Awesome

Horrible experience. I have deleted and ed this app several times. I it, use it once, go back to use it just for it not to open. I have a hard time logging in. I have a galaxy note 10. This app does not work well with it.

Every time i open and use this app it saves hundred of vehicle picture to my phone. And for some reason that unknown it saves about 50 albums of different emojis. I have to go through and delete every single one individually and im fed up with it.

Update: same issues, constantly crashes and you have to re to get it to work. Simulcast was a disaster and doesnt work well. Crashes constantly samsung galaxy 10 Have to reinstall to get it to work once
