I'm frustrated, this app is not helping as first time . I'm trying to apply the registration for teeth examination and its always full. By the time i at the day before, the schedule said its still available BUT when i click , its said "the quota is already FULL" when the sign of registration is still OPEN. I don't understand this, how much time do we have to wait until we get treated properly, when its not updated?! Please fix this!

I want to get number of que but I need to make sure that my name is on the line. I ed on my name but the app put others name. It's been a while since I've used bpjs, but it more complicated. I need to get result from the optic first before I could apply for an eye examination. Just put it simple I need to go to optic but don't bother to clinic. Why you making everything more complicated?

The app worked very well until 2021. It's been 2 years but still no improvement. I changed to a new phone so I need to re-. The captcha doesn't work, just loading. It's not that complicated to make this kind of app. Please, government, invest more in this app development. We've been talking about digitalization but in reality most of digital services of the government doesn't work well. :(
