LSP Ware’s Mobile Atrium application is the next step in speeding and simplifying communication between contract interpreters and language service providers.

The Atrium mobile application provides interpreters with the information needed to be sure they do not miss an appointment and that their time sheets are submitted quickly, accurately and already approved by the client. Not only do the interpreters have all of the relevant information about the appointment at their fingertips, they even have a map for the location.

Once on site, the interpreters can track the actual interpretation times using a timer to calculate and record the times. Mileage, parking and other expenses can be recorded as well. When everything is finished, the client can review and sign the screen with a stylus or their finger. The information is then submitted and stored in the Atrium database with a date/time stamp of the submission. If the interpreter does not have internet service, the information is submitted once the interpreter has internet service and refreshes the app.

The Atrium mobile application was designed to be an extension of the Interpreter Portal for those companies who already use Atrium. Those interpreters who do not use smart mobile devices can still use the portal.

The biometrics Do NOT work, and it keeps g me out every time, it won't let you safe the , it's just horrible and so frustrating, have to be typing the 20-30 times a day.

slow. I wish i can go back to the prev version updated 7-15-19 after using this for a few weeks; i notice that it is slower than the previous version and the app does not process and populate the info as soon as before. I like the older tab functionality where I can click on just today assignment and not like integrating that within all current and future assignments then having to click on the upper button for just today assignment.

So frustrating, annoying, and time wasting when using this app. It closes by itself. I have to back and forth back and forth, and repeat what I did because it closes by itself and loses my data! Super disappointing with the app update since June.

When pressing "DONE" button to enter time, or to accept signature, or even submitting the job, the app will close by itself. When opening app back up, even saved signatures are wiped clean. Please fix this issue, or revert back to previous update, which worked perfectly;)

I'm not able to with my email and despite multiple attempts from my agency to reset my on their end. I even used a new phone and the same problem happened. I really think there is a weird disconnection going on between their website data and mobile app data because I can to the website just fine.

I work with several agencies that are using this app. It's almost impossible to get it to work with my Google Pixel 3. It doesn't recognize me I can't find other agencies on this app that say they're there It seems to me there's some work that needs to be done here.
