My experience with this app has been dreadful. Availability calendar still not working after several weeks of the new app. I'm barely getting any job offers & if I do they are miles away, when I do get offers it takes several days for confirmation to come through & payment takes almost a week to show up in my bank . Such a poor move Sitters.

I took my time to rate this app but it's not getting any better. Parents complain about it all the time as they don't seem to have their favourite babysitters in their favourite list anymore, just a load of random ones. I'm barely getting any jobs, some parents started messaging me directly as they don't seem to be able to request me to babysit through the app. I always remind them to use the sitters app but some have started using bubble childcare instead, which inspired me to do the same.

Since it's launched it's not worked properly. Jobs pending for days . Other jobs not showing when you receive endless notifications. And why should we wait days for our payment to Clear? We don't turn up days later for the booking!. Cashless as an option is fine if there is a choice but this is ridiculous I want to be paid at the immediate end of every booking. If I can actually get any bookings via this app. The web based version was better.

There is still lots to be done with this app. I'm getting lots of job offers for miles away. Repetitive job alerts, even when the job has gone. And I don't like the option to put your own rate in, I've had jobs pending and probably lost to a lower rate, even though I am lowering it myself, which is unfair. Just keep it to the same rate per area. I haven't had any jobs for months, as either too far or lost out for someone cheaper. Been with Sitters for nearly 10years and not happy 😒

My app hasn't updated in 3 days. It's still stuck on the offers from the weekend. Never any jobs sent that are available in my area. Not getting any offers from families that have me as a preferred sitter. I've asked and the still have me as preferred. What's going on?? Also every time I get a round up email, it won't then let me see the round up . Have not had one sit with this app and I was hoping things would improve with it.

I'm not even sure this app is worth one star. I'm getting barely any bookings. Half the time it's a blank screen and me telling somethings gone wrong. It's such a time consuming method and half the time just a waste of time. Compared to the old method which worked 100% I consider it pretty hopeless and disappointing.

Not very good iv missed out on alot of bookings. I have not been able to get not one single booking since the app launched. You accept a booking and it's pending for days then disappears.

Keep getting notifications saying a job is available but when I go to look at it nothing is there. I need to change my availability but that section of the app isn't working, so ed to be told they are working on the app but didn't actually answer my problem. I am missing out on jobs because of all this.
