Even the free version is useful and effective. I doubt that it would ever get me, a middle aged man, to full splits, but it has improved my hip mobility no end. Ads are not too intrusive though I suspect if you were more serious than me you might want to pay to remove them. Good that it uses local text to speech so it has a local accent rather than an annoying accent.

Very good app, I just started 3 days ago as beginner and can already see some redult. Not too difficult but not too easy either. You can also add a voice and there are in depht explanations if you don't know something.

I love this app there may be ads but l love it l can even do the leg up stretch and splits keep up the good work but please remove ads it really annoys me it disturbs me while training but love it please do the other splits training

Great app for splits, They give you 20 second break every workout, you also have an option to add 20 sec. Or skip it. They also give you breaks where you don't have to do it. When your done you get the option to do it again. Also when you're done, the tell you have how many calories you loss. I got my split in 30 days and now I do them all the time! Once again GREAT APP! 😁

Changed to 1 star because the "Township" ad at the beginning of the app opening being unavoidable, is absolutely ridiculous. You can't skip it unless you play the game a bit-- I tried tapping "skip" a million times. I'm trying to better my fitness and flexibility, not be forced to play a stupid ad that takes time out of my day. Disgusting.
