We were really struggling with getting the baby to sleep during the night. And the days were only short naps ( 20-30 min) with no real routine. I did not really think an app would not be able to help, but I was up for trying. On the FIRST day, the baby sleept for 1.5h on the first nap! Now we're two weeks in, and the difference is huge. Now she sleeps more peacefully during the evening, we're been able to stop with nighttime meals and the days feel so much better. Can absolutely recommend!

Good app with nice suggested nap times. But should be some kind of customizable limit of bedtimes. For example the apps adjust that our baby sometimes should go to bed at half past three which is really early for all kind of babies I think. Any plans to implement dark mode?

Update again There seems to be a lot of updates lately and a lot of functionality doesn't work anymore. All of our tracking has been lost since the update to the new layout. The new tracking we add doesn't sync between me and my wife. I can't see the changes to the sleep schedule. The recommended nap time is different when viewing the nap and starting the timer. The time selection is terrible where you can only select time om a wheel, it is impossible to get the correct time.

I would have been lost without BabyNaps App. Really helped us getting into a sort of routine somewhat. Babylife is challenging and for us the app really made my days more structured and less messy, took a while to adjust, sure that's babylife, but it was always great to have the suggested naps as aims, even though it didnt turn out that way always.

I love the app! If has helped me a lot in keeping track of my baby's naps and we managed to create a bedtime routine that works most nights. Don't worry if you can't put your baby to sleep exactly the same time each night, the naps will adjust depending on when your baby wakes up in the morning. There's just one thing I'd wish for, and that's a dark mode. Because the bright light almost wakes up my baby at night when I set the time she fell asleep.

Can't have multiple kids in the app? Also the baby photo feature doesn't work at all. But my biggest complaint is that entering the data seemingly has no purpose. What is the point of typing sleep and wakeup times if there is no overview page with this weeks/months average nap time and normal bed time etc. It would make sense to me if that data was collated on one page so that I could see how/if the sleep habits change over the weeks. The general concept is good though.

Great for planning the day ahead. Several areas for improvement. It is hard to accurately adjust the time with the tiny buttons. System bugs out when night waking crosses days. Wish they would display the night from bedtime to wake up vs by the calendar day. Wish there were better summary analytic pages.

Looks pretty cool but you buy an app that doesn't tell you that you need a subscription and only gives you a 3 days trial. How do you even see if it works well without having established some kind of routine based their advice in 3 days and concludes it helps enough to subscribes, you don't have time to apply anything you learn except putting infos in and thinking it looks cool... Plus the FAQ section keeps crashing the app. Refund.
