I have never seen anywhere in the world having the worst customer, application.... don't recommend Vodafone Qatar. the app gave you an offer with international call but doesn't work for all countries mind you it just says international.

Got a sim installed at the store in termani Rome €45. Can't do anything. Can't translate their apps or messages. A complete waste of time and money . Unless you know coding and Italian, BEWARE.

I am very disappointed that google pay feature doesn't work, i was trying to recharge using the app and it keeps lagging when i try to pay using google pay and i don't have any other paying method on me. And no replyed to me Fix this Edit: this is still an issue

I upgraded my plan to postpaid essential and found it practical and served my needs. Also the customer care team are ok in spite of some confusions but solved by Vodafone Al Wakra team. Salutations to Vodafone Ezdan mall as I found them ive and responsive.

I have upgraded my postpaid plan in July 2024. Paid additional money as per upgradation. At the start of the August month I noticed that I didn't get 400 India calling minutes which I was promised during the plan upgradation. I have raised complaint twice online, visited their office but of no use. Still my complaint is open even after 5 days. In these 5 days I used Ooredoo for India calls. Now if I have to cancel the postpaid plan I have to pay atleast 2 months bill amount. I feel like cheated.

Very bad network. i recharge 35 QR combo after my internet finish they telling 128 kb will be free , but 128kb always showing 00kb can't open anything. So that means they lie to customer . And this app all the time automatically .

Donot do the tik tok recharge of 5 Qr for one day offer if u r not a tiktok . It is only applicable for that app. Data charges are high also.

I have go business 100 plan and I get plan offer go business mix 500. In usage history it always shows it as active but not its balance. I have uninstalled and installed again my vodafone qatar app but it didn't work.
