Cannot sign into as OTP is never received. Disappointing app. Edit 27/05/2024: Negative, please share with your technical team that the issue has not been fixed. I still do not receive OTP despite having reinstalled the app and restarting my phone multiple times. Please consider rolling back to the previous working version whilst your team works on the bug fixes. Edit 09/06/2024: Still do not receive OTP and, therefore, can not access my . Edit 31/08/2024: App works now.

This is the worst App I've ever seen. I can't even with my number. The "Home" page is not displayed...you got better to invest a bit on developing a decent App or fix the bugs you have.

The app is designed well but in of the experience it is not practical at all the whole point of having apps like these is to decrease the amount of time we spend to accomplish a task and so far using this app the only thing I feel is frustrated. to my is a nightmare even after I it is really slow and most of the time it crashes. I hope that in future updates you would look into these issues.

ed the app to be able to pay bill through the app, so I have one less thing to go out for during the Pandemic. I have Credit card has been set up, have used before, but now only get the message "oops! Server cannot be found." Messages get through to me trying to sell me extra plans, but never get a call to help with this issue.

The worst app ever. Can't using fast . Just keeps failing telling something went wrong. What exactly went wrong? Not informative error message at all. Looks like any exception processed as unexpected error. App doesn't look like native android app, more like just browser. Every page is fully loaded from server which consumes more data. Please make your android development team work harder.

Most of the time this app is not working... I cant pay the bill on time and then they converting my postpaid plan to PAYG without notification, its results paying more money for my postpaid connection which unfare. planning to change my postpaid connection to Omantel... Worst customer care experience and app is not functioning at all... Also speed is very slow for fiber broadband connection..
