Poor quality app... Integration with photos is good (including Facebook, Dropbox, etc) but that is where it ends. I have experienced (producing canvas prints) 3D not working and corrupted designs. Canvases produced in the app cannot be seen on the Web, and vice versa. Adding a canvas to the shopping basket takes you to a Web page outside of the app, so you are flicking between two systems. Final prints were good and delivered well, but the app is a poor experience.

I found the app very straight forward and easy to use. The main advantage was that I didn't have to transfer all my photos to a laptop to start creating. The disadvantages however are that there is less choice for formatting layouts and positioning text boxes. Furthermore, you cannot work on the same project across multiple devices even though it is all one .

The application works really nice and I love it to use it to work on my photo books where ever I am! But, I have two points which I hope Albelli will consider to improve. Firstly you have to choose if you want your product to be lay flat BEFORE you make the book. Whenever you change your mind during the making of the book, it CANNOT be chosen afterwards. When I asked if this was still possible they simply told me "no". This resulted in a photo book of 88 pages which I have to remake... Secondly I find it a point of approvement that on your computer you can't open content created on a phone and vice versa. App would get 5 stars if they'd improve these points!

I used to love this app, and have bought many photo books and calendars over the years. I love the formatting options and the quality is excellent. BUT, now that Google Photos isn't an option for ing pictures within the app it's made it almost impossible to use. Choosing pictures from tiny thumbnails on the camera roll is laborious, especially when you have a ready made favourites album on Google photos. When will this be fixed?

Would be a great app for making calendars if the pictures loaded in a timely manner when selecting from the camera reel. It's like the app is set to Spinning Wheel of Doom on the last pictures for finishing up a calendar when you are getting close to the end of the decent priced offers. Bad tactics - I'm just gonna take my business elsewhere if I miss out on -40%, not pay "full price"...

Great app, easy to use but one flaw. Can only order one size of photos via the app yet online you have many options. Seems strange to have an app but then limit the products available. Also when placing an order via the app it then takes you to the website which seems even more bizarre. This company has great reviews for the print quality so (subject to how my recent order looks) I'll stick with them and hope they improve the app.

So frustrating. I spent about an hour and a half creating a photo book on the app and when I went to try and order it doesn't save the project and asks you to and when you do it isn't there. I then made sure to and spent another hour doing it again only for the same thing to happen again even though I was already logged in. Such a waste of time I want to buy a product from you yet you make it impossible

Poor app. Very few features. I tried to order basic prints but only have the option of 6 x 4. What if I want to order different sizes? I can't. Well not in the app. Therefore it makes the app a pointless waste of time. Honestly, how difficult is it to offer a range of options?
