I subscribed for $39.00/year, but despite paying for a full year, I'm being restricted from accessing all features. Specifically, I'm forced to pay an additional $1.99 each time I want to use AI video features. This feels like bait-and-switch marketing, where I've paid for a comprehensive subscription but am being nickel-and-dimed for functionality.

Used it nearly daily for a good 2 years or so. This recent update with ads that take forever to close, and the push for a subscription is insane. I understand money needs to be made, but im sure you can make enough with ads alone, placing them strategically while the creation loads and let us cancel out after a set amount of time. Place ads in the home screen where people spend the majority of their time choosing the options. Dont ruin a great app that I enjoyed with unnecessary subscriptions

Great app overall, but it has two drawbacks. First, it sometimes alters the faces of people in photos, making them unusable (unless you actually want a picture of a stranger). Second, it consistently changes logos, text, designs on clothing, tattoos, and jewelry. So if you're trying to showcase your favorite team's jersey or show off your tattoos, it's not ideal. I've been using a different app to touch up and air brush the changes it makes.

I used the free version of this app to transform pictures in videos it kept asking me if I wanted to subscribe. I decided to to subscribe for the yearly hip. I email them about not being able to use that feature. They answered promptly saying it was not included in the subscription. But nowhere in the subscription it says that feature is not included and I sent screenshots of the and conditions and asked for a refund. I sent 3 follow up emails and they don't answer.

When I first got it, I was able to use it all the time. I would watch ads to be able to do whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. Now, it doesn't let me do anything, it just says I used up my daily free trial, go pro for more......EVERY DAY! SUCH LIARS AND A HUGE RIPOFF OF 60$ for a year, when other aps offer lifetime hips for 1/2 that.

Well I got a free trial and even though I got the trial it's not letting make any AI hug videos without paying money for it. This is false ment. A free trial means free until the trial runs out. You guys seriously need to fix this. I wanted a chance to make more videos so I could see how good it really works before I spend 39.99 on it. Not a happy customer.

The AI on the video is terrible. It's so close but on one rendition there were 5 arms and far too many fingers on one hand. On another it actually created a non-existent 3rd person in the middle. I so wanted this to work. Having a little video of me hugging my Granny would have been priceless :( I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up. Instructions on what you should be lining up with the outline would be helpful.

Hit and miss. There is no directions. The very first try at photo to video hug, I was floored by the realism. For whatever reason it doesn't save to your phone it saves to the app. I tried several more times to create the same effect and it never happened. I was paying $2 per try.
