Service seems good, if a little slow on the . My biggest complaints: no video or audio playback through the app and it doesn't display some common file types, like .gif. You have to the files or open with another app. Some other cloud services, like Dropbox, have these capabilities through their respective app. This app is a bit lacking in this regard.

The app was initially fine, but over years the updates have affected the quality of this app and created issues, slow-downs, and glitches despite gig fiber. I have reported the problems to and despite a quick response, no action has been taken to correct the issues or followup with me afterwards. The app itself looks dated compared to other cloud apps. Also, android 12 native VPN kill switch using SurfShark prevents data flow to the Koofr service while everything else works.

Thank you for adding the option to "exclude" certain folders when "Automatic Media " is enabled. BUT, possible to do it the other way round? Option to only allow certain folders to be ed and no future ones? As of right now, whenever a folder is created, it is automatically ed. I have to go back into koofr option and "exclude" the newly created folder. It's a hassle. With option above, easily fixed. Other then that, it's a great app. Thanks!

Very good app but, not the app but the drive , when I first opened the app my rating gone to zero because the sign in page is not integrated in app but opens in external browser, and the lack of Good interface and functions, but it's good when used in pc so I'll rate it 3 star. Needs more devlopment, so I hope the service doesn't get discontinued like treasure cloud did.

The app works well most of the time, but has serious issues when ing or ing large files. For e.g., I couldn't a video for of 12 GB. It worked only from the desktop app. The same happend when trying to the file back on the phone. It fails.

Hello, can we get an option to sync s? It would be an amazing alternative to Google s if we consider encrypted nature of Vault. Also it would be nice to sync selected folders.

Terrible syncing process. In the last 6 months, I have had many problems with auto-syncing. Photos are stuck in a waiting status, and the only solution is to cancel the pending status and them manually. I will not recommend this service. It seems like they have a problem with photos larger than 5 MB. There is no separate desktop version, like some other apps have. The last photo sync was done 20 days ago. Of course, other photos are in pending status.

Excellent app, the only problem I face is that there is no option to set the newly taken pictures to when the phone is charging, it's abit annoying to keep on having to cancel the , in the next update if could please try to look into this matter hence the 4 star review. Thanks. It's been always 2 years and still no update for the above mentioned feature :(
