I've only been using this app for a few days, but so far I'm really enjoying it. There's ads I have to watch because I don't pay for the version, but they aren't invasive and it's worth it to be able to do the workouts they offer. Usually workout apps only give you 1 or 2 workouts and then you have to keep using but this one does not do that. It walks you through the workout and is just generally a nice and encouraging app.

Straight forward. Can set the pace. Not too hard so keeps me on the momentum to do each day. You can add as many sessions if you want to exercise more. No gimmicks.....yet. have to watch ads to get more exercise sessions but that's OK for a free exercise app. The other apps lead you in, getting your email and info but then just when you think you get the app...you have to pay. At least this app works without fooling you into a subscription commitment

Used this app in 2020 and it helped me loose 100lbs! Great guidance, great variety of exercises. I took a break while pregnant and I am using it again. It is helping me keep on a exercise regimen, which with multiple kids its hard to you stuff everyday. I have yet to purchase the ad free version because I don't need to! Yes there are ads but placed in reasonable spots and not overly annoying. The ad's don't pop up during the workout. This app is a 10/10 in my opinion!!

This app is great! It let's you put a reminder for when you want to work out, and it also tracks how much water you have drank and how many you need. It also shows you diffrent work outs for your stomach, bottom, arms, ect. It's very helpful and I've only done 4 days so far and I already see changes! I would defenetly recommend this app. You also don't have to pay for anything except if you want to get rid of ads. It also has so much more amazing things!

I love this app. It's been so difficult to consistently keep my exercise routine. This app makes workouts doable bc they are varied, leveled, and short. My favorite part about this app is how it tracks your progress over time. I have been working out almost every day for over two weeks now and have seen significant progress in my weight loss goals! This makes me even more determined to keep working out even when I get busy. Would recommend this app to anyone who finds exercising a challenge!

Fantastic! The Best! This app has been foundational in finally changing my shape and getting fit after a lifetime of being overweight. Of course, there's been a lot of healthy changes in my diet and I do other kinds of exercises, this app really has changed my torso completely and gives me a lot of motivation but still on track! Easy to use, motivating, the exercises are short, enjoyable & not difficult. You can chose to work up a sweat or just do a routine for a warm up. I have accidentally skipped over an exercise a couple times but it's easy to either pause the next or just tap it for the explanation, which automatically pauses it, do the previous exercise then continue with the current one on screen. I like the motivational cheer after, too. My only con is that I wish it could sync with my Fitbit. Happy to have it

Love that I can edit the exercises based off of what I can currently do (like avoiding jumping exercises aince I live upstairs lol) and you can increase the rest time if you need to or skip it if you think you don't need it. It doesn't take long and absolutely nothing besides your own body is necessary in order to do these exercises. It also tells you some modifications for different difficulty levels for some of the exercises. Love that it shows you how to do the exercises.It's great. Love it!
