This is a great app for start and staying on your fasting journey. It chalked full of valuable insights that help you understand the process. My only critique is i wish the food log was a little better about knowing the amount of calories various meals are. In total this is a pretty cool app to help and inform you while and about fasting.

Do not install. This is a scam app. I subscribe to the yearly plan because i wanted to start fasting. So i bought the lifetime guide (intermittent fasting: fasteasy) but it was never sent to my email. Emailed their few times but they never reply. Ask for refund from Google Play but unfortunately the purchase does not qualify for refund. Such a shame. Giving this 1 ⭐️ untill they respond to my email. Update: 3mths and I have not receive the guide yet. Keeping the 1⭐️

Use first before you spend the money, It doesn't calculate walking correctly, it doesn't integrate into any other apps, scales, watch. It cost too much money for what it actually is, a very low-grade app. I use the my data in the app and it sent me my name, my birthday, my target weight ect. it didn't send me any of the information that the app had stored since I started using it. It was in a typed out format in the email. Good Luck

SCAM ! There "free trial" isn't real. They do charge you $7 and claimed that we have chose that option and all purchases are final. I didn't even use the app for more than an hour. I thought i'd try then i discover the app is absolutely useless. It only gave you a tracker for your fasting and nothing else. I can use my phone's timer for the same thing without paying. They won't refund you and claimed that it's clear in the agreements. I read and there's nothing about no refund for my case. !

Website version does not clearly specify refund policy, and misleading text around cancelation of policy allowing belief that its possible to receive a refund. s a "plan" and goals, but nowhere to be found after g up. The app is too bare bones to request $30/month. There may be recipes, but they are exactly the same as ones on Fastic, which makes me believe they are all easily found via a Google search. Glorified timers can be used via free fasting apps or setting an alarm.

It's a decent app No it conceived it's worth the money. Was not aware that once you but pay for the initial 3month, they will take the following month out automoaticaly also, it wasn't stated anywhere how much it would cost after the initial 3 month trial That's one of the reasons I am trying to cancel the unsolicited (on my end) subscription That's just not good practice to do business that way

I've been on this only two days so I'm getting to know it. It's base process is easy to understand and use. I often only get the basics implemented and miss out on all that an app offers because it just takes too much time to learn. I think this one, so far, is very intuitive. I am really liking it. Loved the food selection feature. What I'd love to see is being able to select recipes that are my Favorite and have them sort easily so I can find them again.

Completely basic, I didn't think it was worth the $25. So with the automatic payment looming over me, I decided to cancel the subscription, which I read I could do so prior to the trial period. But unfortunately Google play, nor their website showed any subscription. Luckily I paid with PayPal, and canceled the automatic payment. This is a scam if I ever saw one. Please heed the reviews! An app that doesn't show the ability to cancel is a scam in my books.
