The latest update has made this app useless! ... I've used this app for years without a problem and it was working perfectly, until it updated 4 days ago. Now it doesn't work at all! It asks permission for folders but when I give permission, it wont accept and it asks to create a new folder. Even if I do that, it STILL doesn't work. At present, I'm unable to use the app whatsoever!!

Does everything it says it does and very well at that. Be careful when messing around with the settings for system cleaner and what types of files you want it to scan for, it's a great feature because its so thorough, but you must respect its power. It's not like the file explorers and cleaners you're used to. I bought the pro version and months ago, extremely worth every penny!

the app is beautiful! cleaned perfectly until something happened. so there's this issue that ruined this cleaning app for me, the issue is: "you have activated features that use sd maid's accessibility service. the service is enabled but not running. try restarting the device." i did restart my device but it didn't help at all, i tried searching some help on how to fix this, BUT NOTHING. i think that i am the only one who has this. please help i tried doing everything but it didn't fix anything.

Randomly came across this app in the play store, clicked on it because of the cute icon, was immediately hooked and upgraded to the pro version five minutes later. This app combines a wide variety of helpful functions in a single, well-crafted package, and that's exactly the stuff I'm happy to pay for. (Edit: Not sure what I bought exactly, since after upgrading I noticed a separate pro version in the store which I now do NOT own, but as long as they get the same updates I guess its fine 🤔)

I've used Android phones for 20 years of so and have had a load of different cleaners. Last one was CCleaner, but sadly I think they've lost it. I read the 5 star reviews for SD Maid. I wanted a paid app that didn't send all my data out. Someone has put a lot of work in on this and it shows. Set up is fairly simple but first clean finds 5GB of 'junk', which is VERY scary as you think it's going to trash your phone. It doesn't, and subsequent runs are fast and reliable.

I have tried several of these apps before, but this app actually does its job...it removes cache, and creates more RAM. Also noticed my battery lasts longer, even when using you tube. I never had popup ads, but some of my apps have an ad within, that won't close when tapping the corner X. Maybe someday this app will block ads in apps. Anyway, thank you!!!

Excellent app. I was so happy with it, I bought the pro version ASAP. The app is rock solid stable, and the scheduling system in the Pro version is awesome. I find the most use out of the app cleaner, since apps tend to use loads of cache space. I have a phone with only 16GB of storage space so every megabyte counts! Highly recommended for people wanting to keep a tidy Android phone.

I bought the pro version years ago just to the devs because they made one of the most perfect apps the play-store has ever seen! I didn't feel like trying to go through the hassle of restoring my license because I actually used a different screen name at that time, I was much nicer back then. Plus, this is some of the best money you'll spend on keeping your Android device file system uncluttered and they give you the free version which pretty much does everything you need so buy it!
