The idea itself is good, the only shared buses in dubai, sometimes it's annoying to not be able to book even though i try for 20 minutes, sometimes there are delays but not that often, in silicon oasis the service is good, don't know about the other two areas, the app does the job but there is also room for improvement, the live tracking is what making it special, the fee is reasonable and better to use ride credits than getting it deducted directly from the credit or debit.

App is good overall but still needs fixing. One time, we already departed the area and were already 1KM away, then someone booked and the driver had no choice but to go back to pick the rider. I bet all of us who were already inside were late going to work. Another case is, we were booked alongside someone who is going to an opposite area. I wish the app just provided a different van for us or for the other person.

The bus timings are never accurate it will show you pick up in 5 mins then in 1 min you will get a message saying we waited for long but your driver have to keep moving, and sometimes it says 10 mins and take 20 mins to arrive, in Dubai as it is a fast phase city we want to be on time so i always try to book this when i am about to reach at the pickup spot 10 mins before, i get saying pickup in 10 mins then they say sorry we waited in just 2 mins. They need to fix this issue

very bad experience driver didn't show and my ride was cancelled after waiting for it for 5 minutes, timing never accurate and it's a challenge to find a ride! and good luck with ing the driver because there is no way you will be in with him! ( no number or message allowed)

Please fix bugs in the app, app is crashing and not accurate in near by buses and also location i drop is not accurate, for example i have my home saved in " home" button , when i am outside and click on it to get home the ride drop off point is about 300 meters before my point i have to tell the driver every time to drop me in my location

Car is clean and driver kind but there is big issue with finding a ride , I usually use it at 9 30 am and 10 pm only al barsha and having hard to book , myb 1 in 50 worked for me The second thing is Real arrival time and time shown on app are not same

This app needs to be more accurate on timing, I experience 5mins left until the bus arrive then it turns to 1min instantly - without 2 to 4mins. There are also times like 25 mins left until the bus arrive but waited for more than 35mins + bus routes took longer. Also fix your rules, cancelling our ride or the bus driver cancelled our ride is not our fault, app timing is very important, make sure its accurate or else it will affect our work.

I'ved booked using my debit card, and then suddenly the system canceled it and they deducted my money, how rude is that! I try to reach at RTA call center agent and then they told me to email it together with the screen shot of the bill that was deducted, but until now they didn't response and also they didn't return the money that was deducted. Don't use your debit card on this app 👎👎, if you will book a ride better to use your nol card.
