At first all seemed great, but after 2 days the watch disconnected and now it'll only connect for maybe 10 min at a time even if my phone and watch are basically on top of one another, which is pointless. The step counter is definitely not great had recorded that I'd walked 8000 steps but my phone said 5000, so there's a issue somewhere. Overall the idea for the watch is great, just a simple smart watch without all the bells and whistles. But it really let's itself down.

The steps counter is great. It works! Would have been nice if it could track ur calories and heart rate. Would also have been nice if I could keep a food journal on the app and compare intake vs activity. When in sunlight u cannot view the screen at all. Theres a clock on the screen until 6am then it's as if the screen only activate. Cannot view anything before then. I also dnt understand the coffee icon which comes up and then u unable to view anything else.

Good but needs some work. Sleep Timer is totally wrong. How can I be asleep for 7hrs 28 minutes if I lay down at 00.46 and get up at 7.24? Step Counter is also out by at least 1000 steps over a day. I know that counters aren't accurate anyway, but that's a tad extreme. Having an option for email notifications, night mode and backlight adjustment would be good too. Saying that, it's a good app. Easy to set up and use, pretty basic which would be helpful for those thst aren't tech savvy.

Useless. Its never actually 'on' so the screens black, and even when you lift your wrist as instructed, it still stays black. I bought it for use while cycling, so as I need to press it to see the time it renders it pointless. (Also when it comes on it only stays on for a few seconds. Utterly pointless.)

Unable to use watch outdoors in the day, as brightness is low and no way to change through app. Date format cannot be changed. Stopwatch resets when screen goes to standby. Sleep timer is off, it says I go to sleep 11:53 every night which is wrong. Got a different smart watch now that uses a better app. Sat 21st Aug 21..Gave it another try and still the same so downgraded to one star. Anyone who gives this 5 ☆ is developers friends because app is next to useless.

I'm suing AVON Smartwatch, but I'm not happy at all, this watch u can't see nothing on the screen while u are Outside during the day, the brightness it's very low, I can feel the vibrate only when there's a incoming call. I think they have to upgrade the app to have brightness settings.

Overall the app was working well until the recent Samsung update and now the phone & watch are refusing the connect so now I just have a normal watch again! Generally there are lots of things that could be improved I've spent far less on smart watches and received alot more in turn and alot more options

Not the best app. It doesnt give any instructions on how to work your watch. It has a care section that doesnt explain what it's for. I keep getting notifications on my phone about the best care for me. Know way of seeing what this means. It also isn't tracking my sleep!
