A year has gone by since my original review. New gym sadly using the same mediocre app. The flow is awful. Set a new ? Hopefully you don't need to copy from your manager because the page reloads and you have to restart with the temp . I really hope my gym moves away from this service. I hate to be so negative but nothing has seemingly improved. See you again in a year.

Great for planning. Ridiculous that such a large fee gets paid if a payment is 'dishonoured'. The app let's you know money will be taken out, you check your , and then it doesn't take the money out until the next day, when you haven't checked to make sure there is enough. I literally just went on to the app, clicked pay now, and it said, paid, then I went back and checked my bank and nothing had been taken out. Please fix this.

Sign up does not work with a manager. As in, if you leave the app when you need to reset your to copy a from your manager it will log you out. Hope you like infinite sign up loops. This may well alone discourage me from going to the gym that uses this app. It's 2023 not 2003, this missing functionality is unacceptable, especially when 90+% of other apps have no issues with it.

This app has become completely useless around June 2020. I visited a box out of state in July of 2019, and now, as of June this year, that is the only box I can see. I can't add or remove an at all, so I can't check in for classes. I've emailed 2 different addresses and haven't heard from either one. Very disappointed.

This app works sometimes, but it's frequently buggy and frustrating to use. For example: Sometimes, logging in takes a really long time, for no apparent reason. does not reliably work on WiFi. Sometimes, the fails. No error is displayed, but it boots you out to the menu and forces you to re authenticate. The screen does not allow you to used a manager, (like Last) which makes it difficult to log back in.

The app works most of the time. I do think it needs UI/UX improvement at it lags when compared to the competition. There are instances where the app fails to work. For example, you can't remove an old gym. I've tried to remove my old crossfit gym for 3 years now and can't get rid of it. Also, it sometimes tells me what I don't have an , which I obviously do. I also use Zenplanner for my business and the above issues are more apparent to my .

Giving this a 1 star so maybe they'll fix the issues! I can't open my app anymore, it wants me to update it.. okay, I'll do that, but when I try to update it, it never updates. It tries to update but just keep spinning. It's not my connection, there's something wrong with the update. I can no longer use this app at all! Fustrating!

Most infuriating sign in experience. Doesn't work with managers like Last. If you try it cancels all previous inputs. If you switch away from the screen to check a , it cancels all previous inputs. Only reason this isn't 1 star is cause the app works as intended once you've signed in, not an amazing experience, but it is as intended.
