Initially okay, lately terrible! When they switched from William Hill, it took a bit for me to like it and it was okay. Now, the app is consistently unusable. I see other reviews express the same issues and the responses from Ceasar's don't appear helpful at all. Today is Sunday and I can't even get the app to open to see or make my bets. Useless! Once I can actually get it open, I'll be taking everything out and switching apps.

I HAD rated this app five stars. I think the functionality is just as good as all the rest. I find it interesting that they can run my debit card for a deposit, But they can't find the same for a withdrawal. At other casinos you hit the withdraw button and it autofills with the same card you used to make your deposits. Here it makes you reenter all your information, as if it has no idea you have a payment method and then mysteriously can't find . help number is useless.

I use Racebook mostly and I love it. Very easy to bet on and watch races—it's what got me into horse racing actually. I would love a cast option so I could watch with the family on TV. It would also be nice if the picture would auto-rotate when the phone is in portrait mode while viewing races, and a dark mode would be welcome too. I hate that it mutes the sound between the races too, but I can live with it.

I have been waiting for my withdrawal since October 24th, that is over 2 weeks and seems a little extreme. No help with the "chat bot" the email keeps coming back "undeliverable". I am not sure what the problem is but it is impossible to get any answers. Hopefully someone monitors these reviews so they can possibly alert someone to the withdrawal issues.

SLOW APP NOT WORKING IN SYNC The app is very slow almost not operating into the 21st century. It's lagging with strong internet.I stopped using this app for that main reason. Ceasars get with your IT EXEC and clear up this mess I can not wager on this mess. Trash all I can say. Maybe it's isolated but the other apps without Ceasars money sync and play better. The app is very lagging.

Used to love this app but has gone down hill fast. The betting features are OK. It has the casino built in but it's useless. If you click on a blackjack table it boots you out to the main menu. On the off chance you get on a blackjack table, 5 minutes in it checks you location and boots you back to the main menu. Extreme frustrating. I love Ceasers and play at there brick and mortar casinos but this app is very disappointing.I tried the Ceasers Palace Casino app and have the same issues.

Works better now. A lot of bugs have been fixed. But, it doesn't seem like you can adjust the points on near as many games as you used to, especially when it comes to college football. It also doesn't show you the adjusted winning amount anymore on your screen where you set the bet. Only after

The slots RARELY give you anything. Not somewhere you bring money to have fun. Plenty other casinos out there you're better off going to. Constant goelocation issues and app closing on its out even after falling their steps to get rid of the issue. Been making deposits consistently and still nothing worth taking back to the bank. Just a bad slot casino. Probably good for sports.
