App suddenly won't load/open on my S9+ phone. Husband said he could open it on his ipad yesterday. Haven't been able to access it for 2 days now. No problems until now. I have cleared my cache, restarted my phone, switched between using wifi and mobile data, uninstalled/reinstalled the app but nothing seems to work. Very frustrated.

This app should be an embarrassment to the Valley News. The app itself does not show up on my phone despite repeated uninstalls and reinstalls. And it often loads the previous day's paper. Very unstable. As an update, tried to load the 09 07 2020 edition 4 times. This app hung all 4 times with no error message. I give up

It is working fine this time. I increased my rating from 1 to 4. The only complaint I have is the audio when the computer voice is reading the text. So far the updateted version does a good job displaying the Valley News

This is my "go to" for first news of the day for both local and national news! I appreciate a newspaper that presents the facts and also re that news comes in "good news" along with the harsher realities of the day.
