The app is great. I've never had an issue with connection and find the app quick to take my weight and physical fitness report which gives plenty of information in just a second of standing on the scales 💪 The only improvements I could suggest are the English isn't great and it would be nice to have a bit more customization of my goals. Currently I'm trying to lose fat so don't just want to go off weight so would be nice to say "I want to lose 10kg of fat" rather than "I want to lose 10kg"

A sad let down. The scales seem to work fine, providing a consistent weight on simply standing on them. But app & scales do not communicate at all. I have only had 1 full reading of all data since owning them in Aug (it's now Nov). I've had a few data transfers where only weight data has worked, but app cannot get any data from the scales at all now. So if you want these scales for all the additional data it provides, don't bother. I've now moved back to tracking weight on a spreadsheet.

I like this app, it interfaces with my digital scales really well. However, it does need a few extra features. You cannot export all of your data for charting your progress (as far as I can see). I'm not sure how well it will migrate between phones and the export options are very limited or culturally specific. For general readouts though it's pretty good.

First time I connected this app with my Bluetooth scales it took about 5 minutes of trying before they synced. Since then I've synced once per week and it's taken between 5 and 15 minutes to sync. This morning I was trying for nearly 45 minutes and still I can't get them to sync. There's no indication that it's trying, and there's no error to tell me it's failed, or why. It just sits at the syncing screen. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and re-starting. Very frustrating!

The last figure in the Trend chart is always meaningless although its position looks correct. The developers Vtrump haven't bothered to reply to me. Disappointing! Since reporting this problem on March 18, there has been a comment from the manufacturer and I have received at least one update, but the problem is not fixed as at April 30. So still Disappointing!

I despise this app. I would uninstall it in a second if it wasn't the ONLY app my blue tooth scale will link to. The "goals" are ridiculous. Unless you are a waif underweight child, the goal weights, etc. are completely insufficient. Use accurate data so people can have realistic, attainable and HEALTHY goals. Overall, very un- friendly and ridiculous data. Useless for people wanting to reach healthy weight goals.

For the last year I have been changing my lifestyle to help with weight loss, I love how I can see the progress on this app, whether looking at the weight lost between 2 dates or the overall amount I've lost, it helps to keep me motivated! Just a shame my damn scales have broken now so need to buy new ones!

While the UI design is excellent. I do question how some of the metrics are calculated. Especially ideal weight. Appears to be designed for petite Asian women. Also bring back the amazing voice when you first launch the app "please take off your shoes before stepping..." I miss this lady's voice.
