This is the worst app I have ever used. It never says the right times... It's completely unreliable and useless. I end up standing outside waiting for the bus for at least half an hour sometimes more every single day. My kiddo is a kindergarten so there has to be an adult to get him off of the bus. I Especially loved the day it poured down rain on me for 45 minutes. Please do better. We don't all have a bus that drives up to our front doors. I'd give it zero stars but that's not an option.

This app is barely working. Just checked in, and it said early arrival, 20 minutes early. I rushed out the door and ended up having to wait 20 minutes until the scheduled time that it normally comes by because the tracker wasn't working, and it just showed a static bus graphic. But when it works, it's alright. I guess. It's not very friendly and the UI is very cluttered.

To describe this app in one word: brittle. It rarely works. When it does, it's never accurate. The interface isn't just no frills, it's actively frustrating to use. It doesn't seem like a professional product. More like a student's project. I wish our district would switch away from this service.

When it works it is decent for tracking but half the time time is does not work or the bus shows way off track. Needs massive improvement. When it does work it is great. EDIT: last couple days it has shown multiple locations for the same bus on different routes at one time...that is a bug that needs to be reviewed.

Map is way too small, should take up a larger % of space. Would think the info below the map could be an overlay or optional display. Seems like this app updates a lot and everytime it does you have to again. PITA when you are trying to quickly find out where the bus is located.

Updates are always off. The map rarely aligns with the projected ETA. One minute your bus is 2 minutes away. The next minute your bus is 7 minutes away and then the next minute it's 4 minutes away. Not dependable at all outside of 2 minutes. We just go to stop at the same time every morning, regardless.

its an alright app as of today but a few times the bus doesn't get the actual current location on this app and just stays in one spot and doesn't even move so its just stuck on the map and its not even in the spot where the bus is at physically, this NEEDS to be fixed so me and other people aren't late, this would be perfect if it gets fixed after Christmas.

Latest update (2024.11.28) has broken bus location for us. When you click bus location, the only thing displayed is the information block and a button to "reset filters". Bus information was displayed prior to this update. It did start working again. Thanks!
