The wifi coverage is a joke. And now they are trying to launch a mobile phone service under the Spectrum name. Get your foundation solid before you build. This app is in serious need of a wifi strength setting. I don't know why, but unless I have at least a solid 4 strength on their wifi signal, it is useless to connect to it. So there if I could set it to only connect if there are at least 4 bars, I would have no problems.

This app may seem easy to use but I'm honestly confused. I didn't know what any of the buttons meant til I hit them. Also how about we stop advertising that this app works without internet. It does not. I doesn't show the map, it can't find my location offline to even request a hotspot. So far this app has been useless but I'd love to use the request feature.

Not sure why it's still called TWC wifi when they have been Spectrum for over a year now. Makes it feel like they might retire this service. The service is helpful if you are in a big city, I'm not so the access points they have here are very lacking. The noise for connecting is really annoying. They should change that.

The first place the app sent me had NO WIFI. There was a nice sign on the door saying twc wifi and the employee had no idea. I can't spectrum through the app to let them know. It's clear that the locations aren't up to date. Good luck.

No longer ed, tells you to My Spectrum app, which in turn says it doesn't former TWC and need to use MyTWC, which in turn doesn't allow you to connect to wifi hotspots. Great....

The app does find wi-fi hotspots, and it does connect you to them, but none of them seem to work and I lose my Internet connection until I move out of the hotspot and my phone's 4G reconnects.

Needs a major update. Still has the old TWC branding for some reason and looks like it hasn't updated in 5 years. Still doesn't even use the new permissions system that came out several years ago. Come on Spectrum, what's the plan here???
