It works in tracking positions of your Circle. The appearance is pleasing. The App features & functions work smoothly. The price very good by comparison. Only one thing is preventing my purchase and that is the Alerts upon entering/leaving places. I could not get the Place alerts during the trial evaluation period. Maybe when that works as intended I will reconsider.

Family360 is a cool alternative to Life360, and the map is arguably better, especlally with its dark mode. The only bummer is it doesn't have a dark theme for the whole app. It'd also be nice to set your own chat wallpaper. Despite these issues, it seems pretty promising and could become a top family tracker. It's good on privacy and pricing, which is a big plus. With some updates, it could easily outshine the competition

This app gives you a free trial that's actually free but the app doesn't allow you to use it once the free trial is done and becomes a paid-only service. But it doesn't communicate that well enough. I'm looking for a solution for my home like Life360 (completely free but you need a phone number for each and I don't like that) but at least they're 100% free with paid upgrades that are worth it if I want to opt in unlike this app. Now I have to go find another app for my needs.

It's nice that the app doesn't collect alot of personal data or share any with 3rd parties supposedly, but it's not very accurate on location though. Especially when it comes to actual addresses of locations. The apps claims it's free but then wants you to buy a subscription to keep using it..

The location isn't accurate. It does state there is a few feet discrepancy, but it's way off. I got notified at 2 am that my daughter arrived at the park. Shot out of bed, had a panic attack, and checked on her. She was fast asleep, and her phone was on the charger. It also takes a long time to update the location. By the time it updates, she is home. It says updated 10 seconds ago, but that is false. I like the features, and it's visually pleasing, but there are too many bugs.

The service itself works well, but recently there was an issue I had with my data "disappearing." Unfortunately, when it was supposed to be fixed, nothing had changed. In the end, I was able to create a new circle--no big deal. The only thing I did not like was that the messages from came through the app as notifications so if one was dismissed, the message was gone forever. I would recommend sending messages through email to prevent this in the future.

The tracking of 2 of my family is not updating on the map. I am unable to live track either of them. Both are Apple phones. They have updated their app, checked settings, and restarted their phones with no success. We have reached out to customer service multiple times, with no response, and requested a refund for a service that is not working properly, with no response. I would not recommend this app.
