This is a useless and 3rd class app. It even does not show you CLEARLY the expiry date of the offer. Personally I have got a very bad experience with Telenor. Most of the times they end up the offer without prior information e.g., the exclusive offer with international minutes. The quality of service and customer care and is pathetic. One should give it ZERO star rating. Improvement is highly indespensable so that it doesn't reflect corruption. The problem is crystal clear. No Facebook.

I've been using the Telenor sim for months, but the constant network issues are frustrating! Drops calls, slow internet speeds, and frequent disconnections make it unreliable. Despite multiple restarts and settings adjustments, problems persist. the point is the network doesn't work? Issues:* - Frequent call drops - Slow internet speeds - Disconnections - Poor coverage

Telenors 4g had gone down the drain. Hardly even able to browse anything on it let alone watch a video. Poor coverage area as well and when you lodge a complaint on the app, a few days later it says issue resolved. Please restart your phone. Like how does restarting a phone increase your coverage area and that too living in a big city. Secondly the app is not logging in for the last couple of weeks saying no internet connectivity when i try to sign in despite everything else working fine

Unbelievable, extremely reasonable prices, helpful features. Just add 2 options that if a person have no package of data thn it shouldn't deduct balance if mobile data option is on. Secondly if we dont have package thn allow us to create own bundle+activate from phone string. Otherwise i am very happy Alhmdulilah i converted my number in telenor

I paid an amount of Rs 294 for a bundle through my Jazz cash under the bank transfer section. The amount got deducted from my Jazz cash but I didn't receive the bundle. It's very disappointing, I filed a complaint but they said that nothing like that happened. Telenor just sucks at this point. Their services are terrible. Very very disappointed with Telenor..
