The most recent upgrade is terrible. There is no logical reason to require a "view full message" click. It disrupts the ability to read full conversations. Please undo this completely useless "feature", or at a minimum, make it an option that can be disabled. *edit* yes, it only applies to longer messages. it is still very disruptive to following a conversation. will you please add an option to disable this feature? it is completely unnecessary

Update causing problems in the app. While the app now looks "sleeker" it's just made things worse for me. The call logs show up, but then when you open one, it says it can't generate the transcript, and it won't play the recordings. Those are key reasons for why I'm using the app in the first place! How can you charge more, but stop working at the same time?!

You cannot make calls on the upgraded plan, only on the $28 subscription. Price just increased, and it demands updates at the worst possible time. Don't even bother with the free or cheap plan; you cannot text, call or do anything useful on those. Video quality is bad, but when you're desperate to see your kids, it's good enough I guess.

The apps kicks you out! I've missed urgent msgs and calls because the app just randomly signs you out. The other co-parent confirmed the exact same issue. This has been reported to their staff and they very stupidly asked me to send them a picture of the error. The error is s getting randomly kicked out and being confronted by a sign in screen upon opening up the app. This is unacceptable since this is legally our primary source of communication for both parties. $12/month for this?

This app is horrible. Can't , changing,no customer service number available. This app freezes all the time. Update all the time .Takes your money but won't credit . The worst part it doesn't transcribe the message correctly. The only good thing about this app is the video recording

I'm disappointed that you can't even try the app without paying. I'm already not happy with what I see on the website. The calendar is so bare-bones you can't set an event every other week, for example. This service was better than AppClose because I couldn't least set up an and make a calendar. I'm about ready to pay for OFW because none of these cheaper options have the QOL features that just seem basic. I'm not paying for an app just to test drive.

I upgraded and it literally won't work at all on my flagship phone. The icons don't even function. I uninstalled and the menu button still doesn't even function and fingerprint doesn't work so I have to re- about ever three times I open the app. Then I have to go through the code verification process. Its hard enough dealing with my ex, let alone having an app that makes it even harder. I am a paying and I'm using a Galaxy S23 Ultra.

A neverending issue. You can't even save chats, for use later. Screenshots are a nuisance. And every time I make a call, my phone turns black and decides to shut off. Tho, it does not fully do the whole cycle of how the phone restarts. It's a quicker reset. So what's that all about. Also, it does not transcribe video calls correctly. Ever. You need a 3rd party app to correct that issue. And it's time consuming!!!!!!!
