The web-based host portal makes it easy to create squads & host challenges. Squad challenges bring the SuperBetter methodology to life. Each has an epic win and 5-days of activities. Hosts select from a library of over 90 challenges to promote mental, emotional, social & physical resilience, or create custom challenges to have squads go for any epic win they choose.
