An annoying thing is in all the time I've used it they still haven't fixed the "last completed" bug. Instead of showing when you last completed an exercise, it appears to be reporting when you FIRST completed it, so it never changes and is useless. Otherwise, like the name says, it's simple. It's not cluttered with useless junk, but it's easy to add your own exercises, and the ads are mostly unobtrusive and don't try to take over your phone. With some exceptions like "last completed", it works.

I enjoy how easy it is to setup your routines with the preloaded exercises. You can also easily create your own exercises if the app doesn't have it. Overall very satisfied with the app! I've been using it for a year now and for it being free I cant complain! The only little annoyance I have is sometimes the app will just close itself out in the middle of a routine, like it crashes and when you open up the app again the routine is gone and it didn't save any of the recorded sets.

Just switched to this from another app that was trying to shove their social media down my throat, making it harder and harder to actually, ya know, TRACK MY WORKOUTS. This one does what it says, with no extra junk. I do have one feature request though: in the weight plate calculator, can you please add a check box for 7.5lb plates? Thanks! Question: when I add a set in a superset, should it move to the next exercise in the SS? It doesn't but I expected it to...

Exactly what I was looking for. I can track my workouts, I can create routines, there's a timer embedded for in between sets. It has a simple interface and is easy to use. The only challenge about this app is if you are unsure of the name of an exercise or machine, but a quick internet search usually solves it.

A great and simple log that does the job right. Latest update increases text size with good visibility so now Gave it 5 stars. On the Pro version, Would kindly request an adicional background timer when starting a routine to then stop when routine is finished. This is usefull to gage how long we are in the gym for each routine. This time would then be displayed in the routine summary and on daily calander.

I use it mostly as a journal to keep track of my progress and where to start on my next session. Also it gives a list of good ideas for alternate exercises to keep your workout routine fresh. I'm sure it will do so much more than I'm using it for, but I keep it simple and it takes little to no time to document my progress in real time. 5 stars!

Great app, the only area I don't see needed is the use of Excel. A desktop version would be a great addition. Other than that it's great. I love the tracking of how much weight I've lifted over the weeks. Along with being able to build my own routines to is a big help. There was something else but can't . Great app in all.

This is simply the best workout tracker out there. Easy Easy Easy to use. Tracks history. Keep notes for each exercise inside of that particular exercise.. Glance at what you did last session inside each category. ie..inside of leg press you have a history button to track last time you did it. I looked at a lot of workout apps and none were as simple to use. Try it! FR
