App rarely works - so can never use the camera. 100% regret "upgrading" to this camera - has been a downgrade and a half. is also terrible - takes 7+ days to respond and they just repeat the same trouble shooting script regardless of what you tell them.

Absolutely phenomenal app! Goes well with the device also! My only concern is that there is a small lag between camera and real time. Other than that, 5 stars all day!

Compared to the pervious App, this one is literally the worst. The live background streaming is unreliable, the sound button is janky, the orientation and volume isn't controlled by your phone. It's just such a long way from the last app. Not overly friendly either. And don't get me started on the lengths I had to go to to even get it to work with the monitor. The last version may have had a few downfalls, but I actually miss it now that I have used this one. Not a great direction to go...

The app crashes anytime I try to turn off the Motion Detection feature, and it's stuck to "On." My baby rolls all over in his sleep, so I can't have this setting on, or my phone goes off all night. I wish I could use the app for the Cry and Temperature detection at night. This could easily be a 5-star review if the listed issue was resolved. I've tried uninstalling the app, but it hasn't resolved. I love being able to check in on my LO from another room if I'm doing chores or cooking.

Worst camera and app on planet Earth. Within 5 mins you will lose connection every single time. You CANNOT switch between multiple cameras. Yes the function exists on the app, but it has never successfully worked without crashing. It allegedly records motion and sound events. My son (2) got out of his bed, walked halfway across his room and fell back asleep on the floor. I have zero recording of this despite having the settings set to the record even the slightest movement.

Who came up with this!? My previous baby monitor, which was over $250 was replaced by this one, which is selling for $80... The app freezes and turns my sound off way too often. The extra speaker that came with previous monitor does not connect to this, therefore we no longer have something in our bedroom at night that goes off when our baby needs us or to let us know something is wrong. When app is up and running, I still have issues with the sound staying on. More to say with no room. Ironic

I have the Safety 1st Smart Soother and this app is constantly buggy and crashing, often to the point of being completely unusable, which is infuriating when you're trying to access a specific setting at bedtime with a screaming toddler. The routines don't have all the settings available, and if the device has been voice controlled by a smart home service, the app often doesn't recognize that the device is even on. Basically garbage.

I received the Saefty 1st WiFi Baby Monitor through the Stellar Product Testing . This monitor is our new primary monitor! The Connected App is easy to use, simple, and clean. We had issues setting up a family member to our household. The weren't clear, however, they eventually figured it out and has had no issues since. The picture is clear and the night vision isn't fuzzy like we have seen on other cameras. The sound quality is great. We can pull up the app in seconds to check on our son!
