This is a very intrusive app. I don't trust it at all. Even when trying to uninstall it, this app acted like it was trying everything it could to try to keep me from uninstalling it. When I clicked on Clear Data in my own settings on my phone the app automatically opens and starts playing Ads!?! Now I'm scared that this app has attached itself to something in my phone that I can't see. I'm still trying to figure out how to make sure that this app is completely gone from my phone. Grrrrr!

I ed this app for measuring hrv and it seems accurate enough. The heart rate is as accurate as my smart band. I'm OK with the ads since it's free and has many health related features for tracking and improving mental and physical health.

I would like to have more info from the app on the stress level readings, please. All I know is a high number is good, but it really doesn't expand on this. I found the heart rate readings easy to use.

I don't understand this heartrate monitor. It wants to measure my stress level more than anything. When I take my heart rate. It has to measure over and over again. I realized I was supposed to be on the camera and not the light like other ones. Once trying that. It wouldn't measure at all. So I don't think this app is for my type of phone.
