Generally very easy to setup and use. Fast backup of files. However, for large video files it gets stuck in an endless loop. I have a handful of very large files that it backs up and then tries to back then up again. They are failing causing it to never finish. I have to manually override every time to skip these files, otherwise it will never finish a backup.

Unusable if you want to access anything. I needed storage for videos that I need to reference regularly but it takes over 5 minutes to load and the streams very choppy. Can't stop, start, or replay without waiting forever. Waste of $ your app stinks. On browser it can work but the app lags. What's the point of all this $

This would be an amazing product if it was fully functional. With the app, it will not allow you to access the cloud drive only the backup files which defeats half of my purpose. I have also found that some files/folders that I have ed from my computer will "spin" but never open. I'm sure glad that I didn't delete them from my computer. Unless these things are fixed I will not continue my subscription. ETA: I checked for updated per the developers and it was up to date. Still cannot access

What use is a backup app that won't work in the background? In order to run a backup the app has to be in the foreground with the screen on, or else it pauses all transfers. And yes, all appropriate permissions have been granted. It's basically useless as an automated backup because of this.

Mobile device will not start a backup until I open the app. It's not "automatic" if I have to bug it to do it's job. Let it run ALL NIGHT on wifi and it s about 5 files. At this rateb it would take a year to back up the device. Since it's doing NOTHING, I'm deleting it.

Not working great on android. Ive had to pause the s to save mobile data occasionally by turning mobile data off in settings (there is no other option to pause ing ive found). When I switch mobile data back on and the app 'forgets' it has already ed stacks of data and then starts the s over again. ing also takes a very long time and uses a stack of battery even on a fast connection. Hopefully next version better or im doing something wrong...

A lot of issues with ing via mobile. There's also consistent issues with synchronisation where the files do not synchronised in mobile phone, tablets and laptops. Reported the issue but no response from the team

This app is tough to review because it's obviously not built for Android. It works but the UI is terrible. This app is really for Windows. And the Windows program is 5 stars. Everything you could want in a cloud storage/backup program is there. It's well laid out and easy to navigate. But for example, I still haven't figured out yet how to see the files I've ed with my phone on my PC. Compare it to Mega: easy on my phone; easy on my PC. I use iDrive because it's the best Windows app.
