The update is terribly designed. Confusing interface, the old version was better and easier to use. Also you can't scan a QR code on a receipt to get rewards anymore, you have to TAKE A PICTURE and SUBMIT IT FOR APPROVAL. In what world does that make SENSE. How are points supposed to be rewarded anymore?? Pickup orders entered in the app only? Useless for customers that primarily order in store.

Easy menu navigation; very glitchy/cumbersome payment processor often requires multiple attempts to enter a CC, doesn't truly save it for future use.

An example of a great fast food app. I can order ahead, don't have to link a credit card, save past orders and easily repeat them, and earn points by spending money which I can then redeem to save money on my next order. I know that using my app is saving me money and is worth having installed on my phone.

I for the most part really enjoy Pie Five Pizza, it's close to home so I can walk there and a personal pizza is just the right size to eat without feeling bloated and stuffed later. But....I usually always pre order online to pick up at a later time, but on my last order I believe they made the wrong pizza. It looked more like just a regular cheese pizza instead of what I actually ordered. I mostly order the Old Maggie on traditional thin Italian style crust. It has cherry tomatoes, basil. 😌

I find the new version of this app MUCH, MUCH more difficult to use than the older version. With the old version, I simply had to scan a QR code on my phone at the , or scan a QR code on my receipt in the app. I find entering receipts both difficult and tedious in this version. Please bring back the simplicity of the previous app.

I've seen a lot of chains transition between loyalty providers and online ordering systems, and there are usually problems, but Pie Five's switch to Thanx went surprisingly well. My existing points and banked dollars got converted smoothly, and the ordering worked perfectly for me. The new app design is a lot less convoluted and looks cleaner.
