Edit: Happened again last night (issues with their system not accepting bar code scan or manual receipt input to earn points). Honestly, it makes us not wanting to go eat there anymore. Patrons go there on the premise that they'll collect points for future use and to earn some value back for all the spending that's been done there. The app is not successfully accepting the receipts' barcodes. Not even manual entries. Tried twice on 2 separate occasions & nothing.

The app is constantly hard to navigate and glitching. Logged me out, won't let me in. Doesn't show all the options. Can't customize or add things. If I click the wrong thing (like make it a meal when I don't want that), I can't take it off and have to start over. Now suddenly won't load payment issues. There's always something just not right with it.

Good food, no issues there. But between myself and my gf over the years I've used this app on a Pixel XL, Pixel 2, S20+, and Z Flip 3. Not once have we successfully scanned a receipt, we have to manually type it in every time. Your Pie is the only restaurant app we have this issue with. The UX is also subpar compared to other restaurant apps.

Had this app installed for two minutes, at which point I got to the settings for payment and it would only let me choose between "auto-reload" and "bill monthly." It is extremely bizarre to exclude the option to pay per transaction. Uninstalled immediately. Notably, this is the second app by this developer that I uninstalled immediately for some bizarre UX decision. Not sure why they're making this more difficult than it needs to be.

Regarding the app. Have a Samsung flip. Sometimes I forget to scan at the cashier. The app receipt scanning never works and most of the time the app gets quirky after entering the number saying location cancelled repeatedly. I'm annoyed at not getting points. I guess w certain phones make sure you scan at the .

Your Pie is a real find, they make wonderful personal pizzas, excellent ingredients, tons of choices, easy to track calories, the app is very easy to use, & the service has been great, especially with curbside pickup (simple to arrange thru the app.) Highly recommend it.

The app is just okay for ordering, unless you want a reliable order history. But where this app is truly terrible is the lack of notification settings. We're talking promotional notifications at least once a day without the ability to opt-out (aka spam). How this isn't a legal liability for the company is beyond me.
