App does not sync weather. Bluetooth connection breaks many times. Overall poor quality of the app and experience.

Not a complete app. I have no issues with health tracking. I can't connect with Google Fit. Some functionalities just doesn't work. When you try to connect with Google Fit, there's spelling error on the title bar. Where it spells sync as "synch". This app looks like a school project to be honest. Did not expect such unprofessionalism from brands like OnePlus.

The app wouldn't let me . I couldn't connect the watch to my phone(Pixel 6a). In the and conditions page, on clicking the agree button, the app kept throwing a network error🛜 : "The network connection is abnormal, please check and try again." I tried it with Jio,Airtel mobile network and Airtel Xtreme Wi-Fi. Really bad experience for me. Would not recommend getting devices dependent on this app. As a customer/ I expect the software experience to be seemless for a device worth 5k.

Shameful experience, Been a one plus fan for a really long time, but this is app is just a disgrace to be even called a one plus app. The app won't even go past the first welcome screen. When I try to agree to its and conditions, the app is displaying the error message with "The network connection is abnormal", and that when every single other app on my phone has no problem connecting to the net.

The app continuously shows "the network connection is abnormal, please check babd try again." I have tried with multiple wi-fi and data networks on multiple cellular devices. It shows the same problem over and over again .Getting tired of all these shenanigans. The watch works well, but the experience is ruined because of the faulty app.

When I open the app and after agreeing to the Privacy Statement, an error message comes up stating "The network connection is abnormal, Please check and try again". I have no problems with my network connection, tried with WiFi as well.. but still this error message persists and I am not able to setup the app.. Because of this issue, I am also not able use the OnePlus Nord Watch I recently bought. Please help. Thanks.
