i really enjoy it. however, i would love to be able to turn off lyric syncing. there is a setting for it, but it never stays off. and even if i pause the music, the lyrics keep going which is rather annoying. otherewise, i love being able to read the lyrics and look for songs at the same time :]

Constant bugs. Lyric submissions break, it constantly tells me that I need to connect a player to sync lyrics (I've had Spotify connected for over a year now and can play music within the app), and it constantly asks if I want to restore drafts AFTER the lyrics are already submitted. Also, I can't edit songs or submit appeals even for songs that are clearly not transcribed correctly. tons of wrong lyrics.

Bugs: unavailable songs make selecting songs after it difficult, and for contributors: Word by word slider design is terrible. Syncing sometimes skips song forward a few seconds after finishing a line. Cant contribute ANYTHING if the song is marked instrumental. Synced lyrics don't show on your half the time. Song ends a few seconds too early during word by word syncing making it impossible to finish syncing. Fix these! Returned after ~3 months, almost NONE of the bugs were fixed. FIX IT

This app does what it says it does. Its features out of the box are quite good, which is why I'm giving it five stars. It does restrict quite a few features behind a subscription paywall. I don't like that, but even without paying the app is so functional, I don't have any major complaints. Sometimes the syncing is a little off, but it syncs automatically every time you start a song, only taking a little while to catch up. It has the lyrics for most songs that I've played. Recommended.

I have maintained a subscription with Musixmatch for several years, and have loved the seamless integration with Spotify. My auto renewal payment was declined. I have tried to renew my subscription manually. However, no matter which payment method I choose, it always gets declined. I sent an email weeks ago asking for help to fix this issue, but have not received a response. I would like to continue this service and would appreciate some help to resolve this issue. Payment issue resolved.

App is often buggy and broken. In the main page the "Top 50 United States" and "New Albums and Singles" are stuck in an old version, and doesn't matter if you restart the app, it will remain the same. As for Floating Lyrics, if a song doesn't have lyrics and press "Add Lyrics" it crashes the app and logs you out. Overall, this is a great app considering the Spotify lyrics, but a little buggy.

I love the concept, and it is very generous to give s if they contribute enough (though I'm honestly not even sure what DOES), but this is the most frustratingly buggy app I've ever touched. It's so sad honestly, I keep coming back only to be disappointed. I can't even connect my spotify anymore, it hangs on the 2nd 3-dots loading screen every time, never let's me enter .. and prior I had to disconnect/reconnect it every few songs, when app says you aren't connected

musixmatch is great, but DANG does this app have issues. as a music player, it's great. love the lockscreen feature that displays the lyrics and full album art. however, if you are trying to use this app to actually contribute, good luck. unable to submit transcriptions/changes most of the time, syncing lyrics is also incredibly buggy in regards to if you're actually able to get to the sync screen. word by word sync style is also atrocious (slide bar instead of tap words). better to use browser
