Edited to add; This app just dropped my older Samsung Galaxy. Even though my phone works perfectly with numerous apps the "team" at Alight Well can't/won't figure out the issue. If someone is thinking ing this: save yourself the headache. Read the reviews and just DON'T. This app takes FOREVER to load & complete pages. The most common thing you'll see is Cannot Connect to Server & Try Again Later. The developers need to do some overhaul.

This app is horrible, and the only way to earn my company's wellness rewards. It takes 5 minutes to load every "page", good luck if you hit a button you didn't mean to. "Optional" fields in challenges aren't actually optional. The journeys have seemingly tripled in length since last year, since each step takes multiple days of logging to complete.

I had the app set up to log me in with biometrics. This got turned off somehow, and it prompted me to with a name filled in. No problem, I entereded my , and nothing. Recovered , no good. After multiple tries, I finally got the app to recognize who I was under forgotten name, only to find that the name the app populated when it stopped my biometric access isn't even the right name! It is a name I use for another Alight app though. This app is very poor.

The app is very basic but the reason for my low rating is the horrible customer service. You have to stay on top of them to make sure they are crediting you with the completion of your activities. I reached out after 40 days of not receiving my reward (they say it can take up to 30) and they ed it up to a team that finally found I completed the tasks. However, they couldn't credit me with doing it in the previous quarter when it was actually done. Their delay cost me $150 for last qtr.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Terrible interface. Extremely slow. Unintuitive layout. Most activities to earn rewards in the app are a joke and do nothing to improve your "wellness". After completing several activities, I have multiple missing rewards. No customer service response after reaching out to them.

Runs very slow on Moto Z4. Starting the app or navigating to a different page within the app takes 2-3 minutes each making loading a journey or tracking progress a 30 minute effort. Does not track progress from previous quarters. This app feels like it was made by a summer intern with no guidance. Every click requires a full page reload, nothing tracks well, the programs on the app are not meaningful in any way.

This is about steps which I figured would be the most basic part. So because I have an android I have to get a different app to read a different app to sync my steps. Ok got it down. BUT THEN it doesn't sync them correctly. Either I do it manually or it sync at all. Another bug is after I sync them and I try to update my synced steps, it removes them. Went from 2978 steps to 278! Wack as heck.

A sad downgrade from what my company used to use. Total disconnect from the website means that even though it says I can use the app to to the website, no confirmation is every received on my phone. Changing the on the app does not change the on the website. Same with name. Tracking my healthy habits no longer can be achieved through the simple use of a fitbit, now I have to and actively submit every single day.
