Trying to book a taxi 1 day in advanced. Keeps coming up with "no cars available" I've tried this several times in the past and had the same response. It's not at a peak time when they're likely to be fully booked. Also it won't let me add another payment card either. The app is full of bugs.

Great company, terrible app. The card payment never ever works. The drivers and service is amazing. Does the job but developers should be fired by the company for this garbage app.

Ridiculously incompetent. Turned up 20 minutes late causing us to miss our train. We asked to be taken to the next stop so we could get ahead of the train, then we were taken ti the wrong station anyway.
