If I get it just right, I get a true picture of how real-life colors look on my camera. The problem is in "getting it just right." It takes a long time. I don't really understand what I'm doing. Instructions are way above my head, written, maybe, for someone more savvy than I. Plus, there're so many color palette choices, and I have to coordinate with settings on my phone's camera. It just seemed easier in the beginning. Still, I'm keeping it on my phone, because it works when I work for it.

Best color tool available, as it's similar to very expensive, specifically made color calibrating & color capture tools. It has great adjustments for color constancy issues where U can adjust the color being sampled by adding light or dark to it which is similar to seeing colors under different light. One negative, it's Munsell color space, but other than that it's an awesome app. Artist need access to such good tools while being affordable as money is usually limited to artist starting out.

The best color calibration I've found around. Using a phone camera is always a bad idea, since it's by definition uncalibrated and the software does a lot of unwanted, unpredictable correction which is impossible to turn off without access to raw data and a camera profile. This app has a nifty white calibration which neutralizes most of this and, for a ballpark color finding, it is more than enough.

Great app with minimal issues! I'm a 3D artist recreating 106 tile products for a catalog, some simple, others complex like mosaics. I have three suggestions: Let s create color swatch folders. Enable color updates via color detection. Allow moving the color detection and white balance points. These features would greatly improve workflow. Thanks!

It may sound odd, but this is the most useful non internet or MSFT app I've ever had. I'm one of the unlucky one in eight men that is red/green color blind. Being able to precisely match suit to shirt to tie to pocket square is a breeze now. No longer do I have to endure my wife's rolling eyes in the morning. If they'd asked for more to pro, I'd have paid it in a second. But they only wanted like $3 to fix my "handicap"? Under selling themselves.

I LOVE the way this app works!!!! The IUD is super cool, I feel like a spy when I use it. The picker itself is highly accurate, I am an artist and have been testing it with my Pantone Swatcher and its amazingly accurate. I recommend this to anyone, Im currently using it to match colors of decor for the house against wall/floor colors at home. Very, very cool!!!

A great tool overall to interact with colours in a variety of ways for a variety of fields; interior design, print, graphic design, web dev, traditional art, etc. Lets you grab colours IRL (based on your camera's view) or view and convert between a set of colour code syntaxes, well-thought out and all without a strict paywall! A must have and worth ing if development is still active ✨ The colour page navbar & UX could use some improvement (clarity & consistency)

This is a great app. Lighting and camera quality will affect the results, but you can't fault the app for that. It has every feature you could ask for and it's a great way to help cut to the chase when you're color matching. I'm a professional stone repair expert and I've extensively done grout color matching and painting and I wish I had this tool when I was starting out. It would have saved me a lot of fussing and fiddling when I was trying to mix up the right colors.
