It seems that the online (web) interface doesn't allow for captions on images when ing through the computer. Also, there is no viewability for family/fans through web interface, only the mobile app. Very limiting for s. Biggest concern: there is no backup/ feature. This is a huge weakness and glaring oversight in the app development team. It needs to be addressed ASAP.

I loved the app and how it is easy to use and for other family to see pictures without sending them individually. However, it doesn't work for a low-budget family, with only the 1G free storage. Unless you have the money for it, there's only about 12-18 months of storage to use. Just keep it in mind... it's free until you use 1G of storage (for me, my baby was 6.5 months old when I used my gig, posting about 1-5 pictures almost daily)

Loved this app until that more than doubled the cost without notice. I started paying 11.99 or something a year or maybe a small monthly fee and then all the sudden it was 29.99 all at once without notice. Now I get warnings daily that if I don't renew I'll lose everything. It hasn't even backed anything up in over 6 months anyways, so I guess I was paying for nothing. Yes I will be sad to lose what's on here, luckily most of its backed up elsewhere. False advertising and shady tactics

This used to be a 5 star review. I've had this app since it was Timehut. I was extremely disappointed to find they were charging $30 per child for video storage over 2gb. I was instantly over that limit as of that update. I was happy with the monthly allotment. I found an app that does almost everything peekaboo does and will be switching if the fee continues. The app is called "First Smile" for those who want to find an alternative. I hope it won't be necessary though. Peekaboo Moments please rethink this.

Nice concept but key features removed after years of use. I signed up for this because you could all the content anytime you want if you wanted to back it up. But I've reached out to the customer service team several times and they just keep saying that is not available now you can only per day...which would take me too long to even attempt since I've used this so much for years, even paid for VIP! False advertising, not happy.

I really love this app, but the fact that they make you pay a yearly subscription fee of almost $30 PER CHILD is obscene. I would've assumed they would allow me to have multiple children on this app without paying for each one. We're expecting our third baby and I am not inclined to keep paying for this service and may have to find a way to backup all my data and move it elsewhere. So disappointing, as I have loved the features of this app including photos and the time capsule.

They took the backup feature away making it easy to backup all photos to your computer. You have to do it by each day which will take you forever. That's how they trap you into keep paying cause it's to much to 5 yrs of photos. Enable the I click backup of all photos per kid and I'll change my rating. This company is horrible

Be aware your images mean nothing to them regardless of tos clauses. This is a response I was given "Hi, we're sorry the data of your child's was deleted already. According to Peekaboo , if the has not logged in to the "Peekaboo" app for 12 consecutive months, Peekaboo has the right to terminate the cloud storage service provided to you. Besides, we will reserve the right to delete all the content you store in the cloud space, and you have to bear the resulting losses"
