I just started using your app tonight. Although it seems wonderful and when it works my paintings show beautifully. It keeps crashing. Every other image I work on and it crashes. Plus I paid for 1 year today and it said it expires 1/8/2025. I don't think that counts as a year, do you? I really like the app and would use it daily but HELP!

FrameIt is an excellent app and i love it. However, the team is a bit slow to respond, or sometimes doesn’t respond at all. I’ve reached out multiple times over the past few days asking for help with ing my invoice, no answer at all. I can't find where to my invoice. Can somebody help please.

I've used a few similar apps, and so far, Frameit is amazing 😍. I do not do reviews ever, but I had to make time to review this app! especially the feature that rectifies the painting if the pic was not taken perfectly! Would recommend every time! Please create one for Wndows to.

App is fine, lack of interior options, it lags a lot. But the biggest challenge is with the customer . Its so tough to get through firstly, and once you raise an issue they take ages to reply. Even after that they wont put any effort to solve the issue and keep asking for proofs of your subscription again and again. I bought a pro subscription and it works only on my Android. They havent activated it on my mac despite multiple followups. Pathetic, please stay away

This app is absolutely amazing. And it just keeps getting better and better. It gives me an absolutely beautiful way to showcase my art and im in love. I paid for . Well worth it. One little reccomendation is the ability to add different interiors as a favourite, theres certain ones that really suit the style of my work, and it would be nice to quickly toggle over to them, rather than scroll through. The developers seem to be keen to keep improving this app, and it was already great!

Great app, probably the best of its kind out there, I couldn't find anything of equal or better capabilities. One minor issues though is that there is no way to set a default folder for the image search. I like to keep my paintings in a specific folder but each time I want to do something I have to search for the folder in the list or scroll through all my images.

Some functions of the app do not work properly. The main reason I upgraded to Pro was to use the instagram reels templates, and I have not been able to use any of them. It continues loading but does not give you the final file. I do not recommend the paid version.
